This is a 16 Week training program to follow leading up to any Police Academy or Military Boot Camp.
This is NOT a long, drawn out book filled with fluff to waste space.
This program is exactly what we’ve done to train hundreds of individuals to prep for various academies & boot camps such as:
– Police Academy
– State Police
– FBI
– Marines
– Army
– Navy
– Coast Guard
The First 4 weeks is an Intro Month of Training and can be repeated if your fitness levels are below the standard.
There is a basic PT Test for your first month and then a re-test after your first intro month.
The next 12 weeks are training Monday – Friday to replicate academy life which is often 5 days a week.
Training will cover all aspects necessary for Academy to develop a very high level of fitness and mental grit.
Many people are physically ready for academy but NOT mentally ready. This training plan will build MORE than physical readiness. You will develop what is coined as “Grit, Durability & Toughness.”
The information in this book is straight and to the point. Simply open up your book and begin training by following the workouts.
– There is a total of 16 weeks of training.
– The training is specifically organized to prep for Academy.
The program will only work if you follow through 100%.
This program has been followed by hundreds of individuals who have either trained at The Underground Strength Gym or online with Zach Even – Esh. These individuals have successfully completed their Police Academy or Military Boot Camp without injuries.
